Important information before you proceed.

Services are subject to residence, nationality, tax status, sanctions screening, due diligence, minimum relationship criteria and local-law restrictions. Customers remain responsible for independent legal and tax advice.
Accounts and deposits
Interest rates, fees, minimum balances, withdrawal conditions and early-termination charges are set out in the applicable account terms and tariff. Foreign-currency balances may change in value when measured in another currency.
Payments and foreign exchange
Exchange rates may include a margin. Transfers may incur our fees and charges imposed by correspondents or recipients. Cut-off times, value dates, cancellation rights and execution times vary by currency, destination and payment route.
Debit and credit cards
Cards are subject to eligibility, approval, limits, fees, geographic restrictions and programme terms. The applicable issuer, network, interest rates, foreign-currency conversion, dispute rights, liability rules and benefits are stated in the card agreement.
Credit and lending
Credit is subject to status, affordability and approval. The facility agreement states the interest basis, representative cost, fees, security, repayment obligations, default consequences and any early-repayment charges.
Investments and wealth services
Investments can fall as well as rise and customers may lose capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market, currency, liquidity, concentration and product risks are described before any investment decision.
Insurance
Cover is subject to eligibility, underwriting, premiums, exclusions, limits, waiting periods and claims conditions. The relevant documents identify the insurer, intermediary status, cancellation rights and compensation arrangements.
Fees and taxes
Applicable fees and charges are disclosed in the relevant product terms, account agreement or transaction documentation before a customer commits to the service. Customers are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations applicable to them. Nexcredit Capital does not provide tax or legal advice unless expressly agreed in writing.
